Hollywood’s hottest couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie made it clear that everything is fine between them, and that they are not on the verge of a break-up. The couple made an appearance at a press conference for A Mighty Heart, a movie about murdered journalist Daniel Pearl, and were seen constantly flirting with each other on stage. Angelina dismissed rumors that the pair were about to split and said that they have come to Cannes to enjoy the prestigious film festival as a family.

“We arrived on Sunday and had a beautiful day with our kids. We’re here as a family and have been playing with the children since the moment we landed. We want to enjoy this with our family and friends,” The Sun quoted Jolie, as saying. Jolie, who plays Daniel's four months pregnant wife Mariane in the movie, also compared her pregnancy experience to Mariane's and said that being pregnant with her own child helped her to identify with the role. Jolie said that she was overwhelmed by Mariane Pearl's internal strength and her ability to let go of hatred.

“When we decided to do it I was six months pregnant in Namibia not wanting to do it at all. But I couldn’t stop thinking about it. When I was six months pregnant I couldn’t imagine not having the father with me,” Jolie said. “And being concerned about what had happened, remembering to eat and even physically moving around. I’m grateful for my pregnancy,” she added.
